Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. To assist you promptly, we will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will offer the following options:
Replacement: We will gladly provide you with a replacement for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Store Credit: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part, please inform us within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will take immediate action to resolve the situation. You may choose one of the following options:
Replacement: We will promptly ship the correct item to you at no extra charge. As well as send a return label for the incorrect product, we will ship the correct product back once the incorrect product is returned.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the item, once the incorrect item is shipped back, which a return label will also be provided for.
Shipping and Handling:
While we take utmost care in packaging and handling your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the shipping process. If you notice any damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer support team immediately.
Non-Transferable:
This return policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of X-Axis Finishing Solutions products.
